Control Panel Screen Shots
This is the Master administration
screen. It allows you to control one or multiple domains that
we host for you. All administration functions
are accessed via secure connection and password protected.
E-mail configuration lets you
send custom error messages or catch all non POP e-mails and redirect
them to another e-mail address.
Complete Domain Name Server,
IP address, FTP (file transfer protocol) and POP E-mail
settings are displayed.
E-mail addresses can be added,
edited and password protected for each distinct e-mail
user i.e: john@yourcompany.com
If
required, specific e-mail addresses may be redirected to other e-mail
addresses.
Eg: Employee John goes out of
town, and wants to check his
e-mails using his personal Hotmail account.
Simply click on redirect and type in the Hotmail account
details.
Mail groups allow you to forward copies of any e-mail received to
a list of other e-mail addresses.
Eg: e-mails to refunds@yourcompany.com
are sent to the shipping manager, customer service manager and accounting
departments.
Autoresponders allow you to send an automatic message in response
to
any e-mail received.
Eg: A customer sends e-mail
to inquiries@yourcompany.com;
you might send them a message that their inquiry has been received
and a sales representative will respond within 24 hours.
Autoresponders also allow you to automatically send a file
in response to any e-mail received
Eg: A customer sends an e-mail to info@yourcompany.com;
you set the Autoresponder to send a jpg. or pdf. file of your product
brochure.
